My Story
I realized through my own journey, the path to happiness and healthiness are inextricably linked. Modern society encourages habits that keep us from unleashing our true potential. I spent decades trying to improve my own health; battling obesity, drinking, and sedentary lifestyle. Through decades of research and personal biohacking, I finally achieved health and happiness. I want to share everything I learned as your personal health consultant.
Our Approach
I create a truly individualized health plan using everything I learned as board certified internal medicine physician, my own personal journey, and my passion for staying on the cutting edge of biohacking. We understand that some people crave a service that goes far beyond what a primary care doctor can provide. We do not participate in the traditional healthcare model because it fails to empower patients with the knowledge and motivation necessary to be the arbiters of their own health.
